Raffia is a particularly fragile material which naturally changes over time and, therefore, requires care and attention during its use and maintenance. To preserve the original appearance of the piece, take care when wearing it. Avoid rubbing anything against the raffia and avoid prolonged exposure to direct light or heat. Keep the bag away from water, greasy substances, perfumes, and cosmetics products, as well as from dark or new clothing, as the dye may bleed. If the bag gets wet, dab off the excess water with a soft cloth and then leave to dry. Do not overfill the bag. Store it in its dust bag and box.
